As owner of Finding Your Franchise, he helped match entrepreneurs with the franchises where they were likely to find success. He is also the former owner of Earth Wireless and Atlas Smart Homes.|
|Alan BiddleAlan Biddle is the Director of International Franchise Development. He was also Cafe2U’s first ever employee — and continues to play a big role in shaping the brand and supporting franchisees. The Australian Army veteran ran his own successful coffee shops and bakeries before joining Belaroma in 2002, and was tapped to lead sales and franchising for Cafe2U in 2004, in the run up to the franchise launch. He’s also a fount of knowledge when it comes to business marketing techniques.|
|Derek BlackDerek Black is a former managing director of the Mistearl Group of Companies, which he managed for 12 years before joining Cafe2U. Black became Cafe2U’s managing director in May 2009. Despite taking the reins during the height of the global financial crisis, Black helped guide Cafe2U through continued growth in Australia and guides the company as it partners with overseas franchisees both in the United Kingdom and the United States. He helped launch Cafe2U’s U.S. test vehicle in San Diego.
|Andy SimpkinAndy Simpkin founded the Cafe2U franchise system in 2005. He is chairman of Cafe2U International as well as Cafe2U Australia, and is also the managing director of Belaroma Coffee Roasting Company. The former British Army officer used his discerning palette as a tea taster and tea buyer for Unilever — the maker of Lipton —before turning his full attention to coffee. He has helped Belaroma develop internationally-acclaimed coffee for Cafe2U.|
